  1. U.S. Government Employee
    Select this option if you are an employee of a U.S. Federal Government agency.
  2. U.S. Government Contractor
    Select this option if you are a U.S. contractor working under the terms of an active U.S. Federal Government contract, and if our material is required to support your work for the U.S. Federal Government.
  3. State and Local Government Employee
    Select this option if you are an employee with a state or local government in the United States with one or more of the following Homeland Security related duties: prevent terrorist attacks within the U.S.; reduce the vulnerability of the U.S. to terrorism; minimize the damage, and assist in the recovery from terrorist attacks that do occur within the U.S.; analyze homeland security information and infrastructure vulnerabilities; chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and related countermeasures, or border and transportation security.   4. State and Local Government Contractor
